Piaggio Liberty 125 S i-Get E5 - Blu Zaffiro
Looks are everything
The Piaggio Liberty S 125 ABS is the sportiest model in the Liberty family and is characterised by a host of stylish details such as its wheel rims, mirrors and other chassis components in striking black, crowned by the red-stitched saddle. With these looks, it’s no accident that the S appeals to younger riders. Looks may be important but performance has not been neglected with the scrupulous attention given to the engine and rider comfort unchanged.
The single cylinder air-cooled three-valve Euro 5 engine benefits from i-get (Italian Green Experience Technology) and electronic injection. To put it more simply: outstanding performance, reduced fuel consumption and minimal maintenance. The scooter is equipped with 14” and 16” wheels and the modern suspension is efficient even on the bumpiest roads, whilst the front-wheel-only ABS combines a 240-mm diameter front disc with a rear drum.
Rear protection
The rear of the Piaggio Liberty S 125 ABS culminates in an elegant optical unit which integrates the indicators with the luggage rack which in turn integrates with the passenger handles. The tail end includes lateral features designed to protect from impact, and are coordinated with those at the front of the scooter.
Plenty of storage
The Piaggio Liberty S 125 ABS comes with two storage areas. The first, nestled in the rear of the shield, is divided into two sections and is protected by a lockable casing that is controlled via the ignition switch. The second, placed under the seat, easily holds a jet helmet with visor and is accessed with the click of a button handily located on the handlebar.
Elegance and proportion
Plenty of thought has gone into the ergonomics of the Piaggio Liberty S 125 ABS starting with the front shield with its distinctive vertical emblem. Technology and aesthetics combine with the LED parking lights paired with an eye-catching headlight unit on the handlebar structure whilst the instrument cluster contains an LCD display which can be managed via a switch on the handlebar.
